This Project is the first stage of the Warrick Lane Precinct Redevelopment at Blacktown. RRS has worked closely with AW Edwards on multiple projects. This project is in its first stage of development. The project scope of works inculdes:
Design and construction of a four- level basement 473 space Carpark.
New town centre “Main Street Plaza” set above the basement car park and a smaller pocket park “Warrick lane Plaza”.
Construction of a single- storey commercial use building to the west of the Main Street Plaza
Construction of a four- storey commercial use building to the east of the Plaza.
