RRS has had the honour of supplying Hutchinson Builders with two Liebherr Tower Cranes for the project.
Situated on one of the most significant sites in Wollongong, the new PARQ on Flinders precinct will include four medium rise towers designed around a large internal PARQlands. The urban village will incorporate 224 residential apartments including the remarkable “Sky Home” and Penthouses. The precinct also includes several retail outlets, and commercial space that will extent the Wollongong CBD to the PARQ on Flinders door step.
This $90 million project commenced in October 2018 and is due completion in September 2020.
